Miss Fortune is a decently powerful ARAM pick. She has nice damage, wave clearing ability, and an AOE ult. A great first buy for our build will be Collector. The item offers quite nice amounts of lethality, which is a really strong early-game stat. Collector also has a passive which will make it easy for us to take down enemies below a certain HP threshold. Additionally, the item will also give us a 25 gold boost per kill. Is that gold significant? Not really, but it is kinda cool.
Axiom Arc
The second item will also be a lethality one. However, this one is mainly built for its passive that reduces ultimate cooldowns after taking down an enemy. The item is pretty overpowered, as we will be able to proc its passive really often, and we all know how strong that is since Miss Fortune’s R is one of the strongest in the entire game.
Serylda’s Grudge
Serylda’s Grudge will enable us to slow the enemies with our abilities, and it will also give us a massive damage increase through its armor penetration stats. The slow will be pretty convenient for landing more damage with R, and the penetration will enhance our whole damage output.
Blood Thirster
A pretty neat item we can build in the 4th or the 5th place is Blood Thirster. The item is really convenient for the late-game ARAM, as it will allow us to sustain through lifestyle and the shield it provides.

The best boots for our build will be the Ionian boots of Lucidity, they will allow us to make use of our damage through procking abilities more often.

The keystone we will want to take is Dark Harvest. It will offer us the greatest amount of damage throughout the game. Next up, we will take Cheap Shot for extra damage on enemies impaired by our abilities. We will also take the Eyeball Collection to get more flat dmg per unique takedown.
For the second half of the runes, we will start with Ultimate Hunter. The rune will reduce the cooldown of our core ultimate ability. Lastly, we will take Presence of Mind and Coup de Grace. Presence of mind is crucial for maintaining mana in the early game, and Coup de Grace will help us in finishing off enemies.
