Both teams are going to start rookie quarterbacks in this game. The Saints are forced to do that given the injury of their prime starter while the Broncos are trusting his young fella. These two have had many ups and downs so far in the season and this is one of the most difficult games to predict this week.

The San Francisco 49ers are on top of the NFC West which sounds good, but the 3-3 record is not something they can be happy with. Losing 24-23 at home to the Arizona Cardinals was the lowest point of their season, but the Niners managed to bounce back with a 36-24 win in Seattle. Brock Purdy threw for 255 yards and three touchdowns, and the Niners never trailed in that game. He was 18 of 28 for 255 yards, averaging 9.1 per throw for a 90.6 QB rating. Deebo Samuel had a 76-yard catch-and-run touchdown and finished with three catches for 102 yards for the defending NFC champions. The 49ers are second in the league with 420 yards per game on 6.8 yards per play. They are also on top of the league in yards per completion and yards per attempt.
Kansas City Chiefs Stats & Form
The Kansas City Chiefs have a great start to the season going into Week 7 still undefeated. They are coming off a bye week and we will see if that will affect their game. Kansas City is coming off a 26-13 win over the New Orleans Saints. Patrick finished with 331 passing yards, Travis Kelce had a game-high 9 catches for 70 yards, and Kareem Hunt ran 27 times for 102 yards and a touchdown. Currently, the Chiefs are on top of the AFC West with a 5-0 record. They are fourth in the league allowing 3.7 yards per rush and are ranked eighth allowing 62.5% of completion.

In a rematch of the last Super Bowl, the San Francisco 49ers are hosting the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs. It will be another showdown between Brock Purdy and Patrick Mahomes, and the NFL fans cannot be more excited about that. The Chiefs are going for a three-peat and have an excellent start of the season, being one of only two teams in the league to go undefeated in Week 7 and currently are on an 11-game winning streak. One of those brought them the Super Bowl victory against the Niners, who led by 10 points in that game and are still recovering from the loss. The Niners are 3-3, which is not something they can be happy with, but at least they had a 10-day window to prepare for this game. That may not be such an advantage since the Chiefs are coming off a bye week. Kansas City’s head coach Andy Reid owns the NFL’s highest winning percentage coming out of a bye week of 84%, as he is 21-4 in those games. As usual, Mahomes is the key factor for the Chiefs, but he does not have his best season as he has as many touchdowns as interceptions for the season. Kansas City enters the week 15th in scoring with 23.6 points per game, ninth in passing with 236.8 yards per game, and 11th in total offense with 354.6 yards per game, but what matters the most is that they are still undefeated. Going into this game, the Chiefs will not count on defensive end Mike Danna and running back Isiah Pacheco. The Niners are also struggling with injuries as 2023 NFL Offensive Player of the Year Christian McCaffrey and his backup, Jordan Mason, are out. There is no doubt that the Niners will leave everything they have on the field, but once again, that will not be enough to beat the Chiefs.
