Beating the New England Patriots 20-13 in Week 4 seemed like just another day in the office and when the Niners hosted the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday Night, the same outcome was expected. Things started well for the Niners as they took a 23-10 lead at halftime, and that is everything they did by the end of the game. The Niners failed to score a single point in the second half, and the Cardinals took advantage of that to steal a 24-23 win. Brock Purdy Purdy went 18 for 33 for 229 yards, one touchdown but had his pass intercepted late in the game which proved to be the key moment. This is the second time this season for the Niners to blow a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter against a division rival.
