They are second in the AFC South with a 2-3 record, and it is safe to say that every single game could have gone either way as all of them finished with a 3.2-point differential. The Colts had to bring back the time and start Joe Flacco after starting quarterback Anthony Richardson was injured. Flacco led the Colts to a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4 but his amazing performance was not enough to avoid a 37-34 loss to Jacksonville Jaguars in the last one. Flacco completed 33 of 44 passes for 359 yards and three touchdowns. Right guard Will Fries broke his right leg in the third quarter and was carted off the field.

After they had an extra week to recover, the Titans will most likely have them both back for their game against the Colts, as Simmons was able to participate in Wednesday practice in a limited role, while Levis was a full participant and made it clear that he intends to play. The Indianapolis Colts were also hit by injuries as they played without quarterback Anthony Richardson and running back Jonathan Taylor, but unlike the Titans stars, these two will probably miss the upcoming game.
